Terms and conditions

These terms apply to every purchase from pravelno.com. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Research use only

All products are sold strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, foods or cosmetics. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and they are not for human or animal consumption. Product descriptions are for informational and research purposes and have not been evaluated by the FDA.

2. Buyer eligibility and responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old to order. By ordering, you confirm that you are qualified to handle research materials, that you will use them only for lawful research, and that buying and possessing them is legal where you are. You are responsible for safe handling, storage and disposal.

3. Refusal of orders

We may cancel any order, with a full refund, if we believe the products are intended for human or animal use, if the order breaks these terms, or for any other reason before shipment.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. Payment is by cryptocurrency, or by PayPal or card through our PayPal payment page, as offered at checkout. An order is confirmed once payment is received in full. A PayPal or card order that isn't paid in full by the deadline shown with it is canceled; a partial payment doesn't extend the deadline.

5. Shipping and risk

Shipping terms are described on the Shipping page. Our responsibility for lost or damaged parcels is described on the Refunds page.

For orders shipped outside the United States, the recipient is the importer of record: any import duties, taxes and customs fees are the recipient's responsibility, as is compliance with the import rules of the destination country.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Products are provided as-is for research. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pravelno is not liable for any misuse of its products or for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Pravelno against claims arising from your use or misuse of products bought from us, or your breach of these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
