Tracked shipping, worldwide. A flat $20 to the United States and a flat $45 to every other country. One rate per order, shown at checkout before you pay. See Shipping.
Orders paid before 1:30pm PST on a business day ship the same day. International delivery takes 7 to 14 business days after dispatch. The tracking number is emailed the moment the parcel leaves the warehouse.
No. Every product is sold for laboratory research only. We don't provide dosing, protocols or any guidance on use in humans or animals, and those questions go unanswered.
Yes. Most compounds are freeze-dried and arrive as a dry cake in a sealed vial. Bacteriostatic water is a separate item in Supplies. We don't advise on preparation or use.
Crypto or PayPal. With crypto, checkout shows a payment address and the exact amount to send, and the order confirms automatically once the payment is seen on-chain. With PayPal or card, the order is reserved and the next page links to our PayPal payment page, where you pay by PayPal or card. Enter the exact amount and put your order number in the note. We confirm by email once it lands. Unpaid orders cancel after 48 hours.
Crypto: check that you sent the exact amount on the network shown at checkout. A payment sent on the wrong network can't be recovered. PayPal: we check payments by hand and confirm by email once yours lands. If it still hasn't confirmed, email [email protected] with your order number and the transaction hash or PayPal receipt.
Yes, no account needed. You enter a shipping address, phone number and date of birth, and confirm the order is for research use. You must be 18 or older.
Email [email protected] or use the contact form. Mara answers questions about orders, shipping and payments by email. Include your order number if you have one.
Yes, until it ships. Email [email protected] with your order number. A cancelled order is refunded in full. Once a parcel has shipped it can't be changed or redirected.

No. Research materials can degrade outside controlled storage, so we can't take products back once they've shipped. Damaged, wrong or lost parcels are covered by the refund policy.
Damaged on arrival or wrong item: email photos within 7 days of delivery and we reship. No tracking movement for 30 days: we reship or refund. Refunds go back the way you paid: crypto, PayPal or card. See Refunds.
