Shipping

We ship worldwide. Every order ships with tracking.

1. Rates

• United States: $20 tracked shipping
• Every other country: $45 international tracked shipping

One flat rate per order. The rate for your address is shown at checkout before you pay.

2. Dispatch

Orders paid before 1:30pm Pacific time on a business day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) ship the same day. Orders paid after that, or on a weekend or holiday, ship the next business day.

3. Tracking

The tracking number is emailed to you when the parcel leaves the warehouse. You can also check an order any time on the order status page with your order number and email. Orders ship from our fulfillment partner's international warehouse, so transit takes longer than a domestic parcel. The tracking link shows each step.

4. International orders

International delivery takes 7 to 14 business days after dispatch. Any import duties, taxes or customs fees are paid by the recipient and are not included in the order total. You're responsible for making sure the products can be imported where you are.

5. Address accuracy

Double-check your address at checkout. We can't redirect a parcel once it has shipped, and parcels returned for a bad address are reshipped at the buyer's cost.

6. Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking stalls or a parcel arrives damaged, email [email protected] with your order number. See Refunds.
