Refunds and reships

Because our products are research materials that can degrade outside controlled storage, we can't accept returns of products once they have shipped.

1. When we reship or refund

• Damaged on arrival: email photos of the damaged items and packaging within 7 days of delivery. We reship the affected items.
• Wrong item: email within 7 days of delivery. We send the right item at no charge.
• Lost in transit: if tracking shows no movement for 30 days, email us and we'll reship or refund the order.

2. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they ship. Email [email protected] with your order number.

3. How refunds are paid

Crypto payments are refunded in the same cryptocurrency you paid with, for the USD value of the order at the time of purchase, to a wallet address you provide. PayPal and card payments are refunded through PayPal to the account or card they came from.
